Command Center
The Command Center is the control center of the Moon Base. It's the place where all your lunar operations are coordinated and controlled. From here, you control your entire operation, and boost the attack and defence of all your SAMs.
Facility Output
As you level up your Command Center you will get increased attack/defence for your entire SAM army. This facility doesn't require Energy or Water to operate.
